Juliet is the author of Run Well and Sorted, and writes a weekly newsletter focusing on running through menopause. We discussed HRT, supplements, handling peri-menopausal symptoms, tackling fatigue, bone health, strength training and why pelvic floor exercises are not always the answer to bladder leakage problems.
